When Reporting a Problem / 不具合報告時のお願い
Please include as much of the following information as possible.
不具合のご報告時は、可能な範囲で以下の情報をご記載ください。
- Device model / 使用端末（例: iPhone 15, Pixel 8）
- OS version / OSバージョン（例: iOS 18.0, Android 14）
- App version / アプリバージョン

Where is study progress saved? / 学習状況はどこに保存されますか？
Study progress and settings are stored on your device using browser localStorage or the app's local storage area. They are not sent to an external server.
学習の進捗や設定は、お使いの端末内（ブラウザまたはアプリのローカル保存領域）に保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信や保存は行っていません。
What happens if I delete the app? / アプリを削除すると学習記録はどうなりますか？
Because study data is stored on the device, deleting the app or clearing browser data may also delete study records.
学習記録は端末内に保存されるため、アプリやブラウザのデータを削除すると、学習記録も消える場合があります。
Audio does not play. / 音声が再生されません。
Please check your device volume and silent mode settings. Some devices may not play audio while silent mode is enabled.
端末の音量設定とマナーモード設定をご確認ください。端末がサイレントモードになっていると、音声が再生されない場合があります。
